Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking from major Indian banks
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Wallets supported by our payment gateway
  • International Cards (where applicable, subject to gateway support)

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partner (PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd.).


2. Currency

  • All transactions on SourcingMart are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • If you are an international buyer, your bank may apply conversion rates and charges.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice at your registered email address.
  • In case of a failed transaction, your order/enquiry will remain pending until the payment is completed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payments for subscription plans or premium seller packages are non-refundable once activated.
  • Refunds (if applicable due to payment errors or duplicate charges) will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days via the original mode of payment.
  • Buyers purchasing products directly from sellers are bound by the sellerโ€™s refund and cancellation policies.

5. Security

  • SourcingMart does not store your card or banking details.
  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

6. Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding payments must be reported to info@sourcingmart.com within 7 working days of the transaction.
  • SourcingMart will coordinate with the payment gateway and/or seller to resolve issues fairly.
