1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following modes of payment:

- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Wallets supported by our payment gateway
- International Cards (where applicable, subject to gateway support)
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partner (PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd.).
2. Currency
- All transactions on SourcingMart are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- If you are an international buyer, your bank may apply conversion rates and charges.
3. Payment Confirmation
- Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice at your registered email address.
- In case of a failed transaction, your order/enquiry will remain pending until the payment is completed.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Payments for subscription plans or premium seller packages are non-refundable once activated.
- Refunds (if applicable due to payment errors or duplicate charges) will be processed within 7โ10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Buyers purchasing products directly from sellers are bound by the sellerโs refund and cancellation policies.
5. Security
- SourcingMart does not store your card or banking details.
- All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
6. Disputes
- Any disputes regarding payments must be reported to info@sourcingmart.com within 7 working days of the transaction.
- SourcingMart will coordinate with the payment gateway and/or seller to resolve issues fairly.
